We strongly urge you to contact the seller in the first instance. It is advisabe to use the BUBBLES messaging system to ensure ALL communications are recorded not least since this will help with any dispute resolution. Otherwise use your own email.

If you are not satisfied with the retailer’s response login to your PayPal account and open a dispute. Please note: to initiate the Purchase Protection process this must be done within 45 days of your purchase. Also, PayPal require your PayPal account to be in ‘good standing’ to receive Purchase Protection. If you have any questions please login to your Paypal account and select HELP.

Purchase Protection does not cover certain kinds of purchases. These include: digital goods (intangible items), services, real estate, motorised vehicles (of any kind), custom made items, travel tickets, industrial machinery (for manufacturing), prepaid cards, or items that violate our policies (things that are usually prohibited by law).

  1. Your order never arrives
    All you have to do is log in to your account and open a dispute to get the refund process started. 
  2. Your order arrives, but it’s significantly different than it was described
    There are a variety of scenarios that meet this condition, for instance: 
    • You received a completely different item.
      Example: You purchased a book, but received a DVD.
    • The item is missing parts or features, and this was not disclosed.
      Example: The listing said batteries included – but they weren’t.

    • The item was damaged en route to its destination.
      Example: You bought a beautiful antique lamp – and it arrived in pieces.
    • You received a counterfeit version of the item.
